1. Scope
1.1 Die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von lbe gelten ausschließlich für Ihre Bestellungen in unserem lbe-Onlineshop in der zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung gültigen Version. Abweichende Bedingungen, die den folgenden Bestimmungen widersprechen, gelten nicht.
1.2 Einkäufe in unserem lbe-Online-Shop sind ab dem Alter von 16 Jahren möglich. Unsere Angebote richten sich an Kunden in Deutschland.
1.3 Unsere Angebote richten sich im Sinne von Artikel 13 des deutschen Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches (BGB) an Verbraucher. Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die eine juristische Transaktion zu Zwecken abschließt, die weder ihrer kommerziellen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit vorzugsweise zugeschrieben werden können. Ein Zeichen dafür sind zum Beispiel Bestellungen für Volumina, die größer sind als normale Haushalte (auch verteilt auf mehrere Bestellungen, die diese Mengen in Summe übersteigen). Wir lehnen das ab. Im Folgenden werden sie als «Kunden»/«Privatkunden» oder «Verbraucher» bezeichnet.

2. Your order
2.1 All items marked as “available” can be placed in your own shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart symbol. Once a buyer has made a purchase decision, the ordering process can be started by clicking the “Place order” button in the shopping cart.
2.2 The presentation of the goods on an online trading platform does not constitute a legally binding offer from the respective seller. The buyer can initially place the items in the shopping cart without obligation and correct the entries at any time before sending a binding order using correction tools. By clicking on the order button, the buyer places a binding order for the items contained in the shopping cart (“order”), to which client is bound within two working days. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is placed and has no contractual basis.
2.3 The order is placed by clicking on the “Checkout” button. The customer thereby makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. We have not yet made an offer for the products offered on our website. By completing the order, the customer agrees to the validity of our general terms and conditions. 2.4 After placing the order, the operator will contact the customer on the website to confirm the order. The binding acceptance of the order only occurs when the order is confirmed by the operator. If the client has not confirmed the order, client is no longer bound to his order. If, after sending the customer's offer, it turns out that the ordered goods may not be available (due to other stocks in the Lbe shop or exceeding the usual household quantity, etc.), the purchase contract for the specified goods is only valid when the customer receives them and picks up.
2.5 The order data will be stored by us until the order has been completely processed (also to process order requests from the customer) and will then be archived for storage in accordance with tax and commercial law. If the order documents are lost, you can contact us by email/fax/phone. We will be happy to send the customer a copy of the order details.
2.6 The customer agrees that by providing their address in a telephone conversation they agree to the delivery of the goods and confirms the execution of the order.
2.7 Upon receipt, the customer is responsible for checking the order, correct packaging and any damage. If the packaging is damaged, the customer has 24 hours to call the phone number provided in the return instructions and request a refund at the phone number provided. If the original packaging is damaged or the customer has used the product, Lbe has the right not to issue a refund.
3. Minimum order value
3.1 When ordering on wellnesswawe.quest, the minimum order value is not set.
4. Delivery, availability
4.1 Delivery only takes place within Germany. Delivery can be made by a shipping company to the specified address, delivery is made by DHL. If you provide the address of a third party, you must first obtain their consent to pass on the data to us.
4.2 The delivery time for the estimated/requested address is approximately 2-5 working days.
4.3 Only delivered items can be selected. If, after sending the customer's offer, it turns out that a copy of the ordered goods is not in stock, the customer will be informed of this when delivery is confirmed. If no additional items have been ordered, the order will be canceled. If additional products have been ordered, the available products will be sent to the customer.
4.4 Goods delivered to the home will be sent to the buyer by post. If the order does not arrive within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Maintain legal title
5.1 We remain the owner of the delivered goods until full payment has been made.
6. Prices and shipping costs
6.1 All prices include the statutory sales tax. They may differ from the prices charged at the same time in our markets. The price stated when ordering is decisive.
6.2 Payment for the goods returned to the warehouse (subject to the customer's point 10) and not opened will be refunded.
7. Payment methods and electronic invoice.
7.1 Goods ordered on our website can only be paid for in cash upon receipt of the order.
7.2 Only an electronic invoice/credit note will be created.
8. Guarantee law
8.1 The customer is entitled to statutory warranty rights for the products offered in the online shop.
9. Return Policy
9.1 We ask you to familiarize yourself with these conditions before use and to check the quality/conformity of the goods with the order. If the goods do not meet the requirements, we are prepared to: (A) exchange the goods; (B) refund part of the value of the goods; (C) refund the full value of the goods. Please be careful - if the product/packaging is damaged after opening, the refund amount may be reduced.

9.3 Step-by-step return instructions:
Call the hotline and request a refund/exchange/compensation from the phone number to which the order was issued.

9.4 The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods to the warehouse. If the refund has not yet been received, please contact us to check the status of the refund.
9.5 You have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods and paid for them. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a refund request to our hotline.
9.6 Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of the package in the warehouse. Payment will only be made after we receive the package at the warehouse. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods by you or a third party named by you who is not a carrier. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
9.7 The right to return expires prematurely if the seal is removed and/or the goods are opened after delivery.
